management could improve some ways

-inefficient -unorganised - lack of cohesion -not a real ESL company. -no one could ever recommend This is an extremely unreliable and unorganised company. I wasted so much time considering this company and giving it the attention and care it really did not deserve. I had thought that perhaps they were serious is their growth and were looking to grow rapidly as is the norm in Chinese ESL companies. However they will give you false promises to keep you interested and have nothing to show for it. Do not waste your time applying. You won’t gain anything out of it. You will never see any money come out of the time you give.
