Pros

There are great engineers who are sincere and trying to make the best of their work.

Cons

Upper / Mid management ( VPs / Directors ) are all about politics to keep their own jobs. My manager was an inexperience director ( tons of these middle management ) in the organisation, extreme micro-manager, zero autonomy & dictators. There are some exceptions, few great leaders (VPs) in San Francisco and NYC but mostly just pure toxic culture.

Pros

WeWork buildings are beautiful, direct team

Cons

Horrible and messy senior management, no transparency, no growth opportunities, over promise and under deliver, departments do not work together which makes this job very difficult, (no) work life balance
