Management is very flexible with time off. The people are generally friendly and easy to work with. The environment is playful yet serious. We have a sonos in the office for playing music which is cool. Xbox breaks and table tennis and fooseball

No windows in the office since we are located in a basement. Management frequently has unreasonable website deadlines Projects will get pushed quite often in favor of more profitable work or work that is deemed "more important" Huge lack of communication between the departments Our web process or lack of is dated and an old fashion way of building websites
