      Pros

      I had a great time with Web Impian for over a year. The environment is easygoing and very friendly. The team is tight and always willing to help one another, and the management is also very considerate. If you're just starting out, it's an excellent place to build your experience and resume.

      Cons

      Tasks do tend to feel repetitive overtime and working 6 days in a week can feel draining.
