Pros
Just a job. For beginner this may be an exposure to gain experience but be prepared for long hours. It is an opportunity but not good for people who are not self starter as no training or guidance.
Cons
Super long working hours into the night. Weak management and lacking project management ideas. Poor treatment of employees who have resigned, leaving lasting bad after-tastes for years.
