There's criteria for fixed working hours (8hours working and 9.5 hours shift hours) which is a major setback, having 8 working hours is understandable but that extra 1.5 hours is the problem. If someone can complete the task within 6-7 hours, he's supposed to sit there and complete his remaining working hours, doing nothing productive, waste of those remaining hours for employee too and company as well.

Timings: While the company maintains strict adherence to timings, it encourages discipline and a well-structured workday. This helps in creating a sense of routine and efficiency. Salary: Although the salary packages are relatively low compared to industry standards, the opportunities for skill development and growth often compensate for this gap, making it a great place to start or strengthen your career.
