      Shift time is good but salary structure is bad. salary is on time

      Cons

      This company has cheap mentality, poor management, poor work environment and have no career advancement or career growth. I will not recommend any people to join here. One of the worst thing they alway want to cut your salary. If you reach at office 1sec late they will deduct your salary.

      Unprofessional approach towards new employees Demotivating & Very unhealthy environment (do not rely on what they portray on their website, its a complete fake showcasing to attract clients ) Unbearable Politics among the employees No Salary Growth No recognition of efforts, only highlighting your negative areas Lack of friendliness & innovative thinking Too stagnant Unable to provide PCs to employees, very degraded machines, almost close to obsolete

      1. Good company to start your career, most of the seniors are helpful. Enough opportunity to learn at the beginning. 2. Salary always on time. 3. Friendly environment but lack of professionalism.

      Cons

      1. Quality of work decreasing day by day. 2. Lack to good technology. 3. You will get bored doing the same work in same style from the very first day to the last day of your employment. 4. Employee skill growth is very slow due to lack of updated technologies. 5. Very slow increment from an employee's point of view.
