Great for building your resume and keep building on your competence. Salary is based on hourly rates, so you decide how much you want to be paid. Rest can be used for education, work shops, equitment, pension plans etc

Made you sign a contact with a toy pencil, foreshadowing what clowns they are.
Cons
Employed me as a Data Scientist, signed a contract and then went back on it (fired me) 2 weeks before I was to start, since they couldn't find an assignment. They looked for a total of about three weeks. Then left me unemployed, with no apology or severence.
