The job ad mentions a salary of ₹25k–₹40k, but during final discussion they start bargaining and try to cap salaries at ₹15k–₹25k max, regardless of experience. They promise high incentives, but for the first 2 months there are not enough calls because there is no dedicated inbound calling system.
