It has been a month that I have joined Webware as a Digital Sales Consultant (Virtual). We have an extraordinary team, everyone is so friendly and passionate about getting tasks done. The company has adapted to the Virtual Work environment very nicely. The work flow is so much defined here that you don't need to stress too much on anything except keep doing your own work and get things done. An excellent management team with a "Screw it, Let's do it" attitude. This company is a great place to work for people who love aggressive yet fun-filled work environment. You 'll always be pushed to achieve more, but there's no much pressure from the team leaders and managers. And after all, I believe that there's always scope for growth in companies which are aggressive at setting and accomplishing targets. We grow by lifting the company.

Start up culture. Sales incentives/contests are great for added perks. Excellent entry-level and inside sales training. Sales managers are on the ball.

Cons

Back end is a mess. Not delivering clients website on-time and a lot of holes in their process post-sale.

Webware is a great place to work at. The work ambiance is clean. There are a whole lot of great people to work with who are beyond humble and helpful, and spare time from their busy schedule to help without needing a meeting to be set or any official mail to be sent, and from whom I have learned and continue to learn a lot. Webware has been extremely efficient to have us all work from home at an early date due to Covid.
