Pros
Pay is good and offer a small bonus if you meet the high number of patients per month.
Cons
Under staffed all the time and expect the provider to continue to see high volume. One sided dialogue with management with no orientation and sit in front of the computer with a packet of papers for 6 hours and teach yourself their EMR. Expected to train new graduates for their fellowship program then one day unlawfully terminate so the fellows who are under contract take your position. This place is as crooked as it gets.
