No leadership - no help when requested - no training when requested - horribly rude and condescending consultants - no care or concern for employees or residents - their buildings should be shut down - they claim to have an anonymous hotline when you need to report anything but it is never anonymous- corporate tells the admin & then they treat the reporter so bad until they cant tolerate it to the point of quitting- they have lost so many great and caring employees this way - but keep the employees that abuse residents & smoke weed and have sexual relations on the clock & also are very disrespectful to families & have caused several hospital & other types of visits due to negligence & lack of training - This company uses Wellstone but operates in Hot Springs - as THE SPRINGS of "" - if you want to keep your nursing license - dont work here

Upper management is horrible. Doesn’t care about employees. I had to use PTO to pay myself for holidays
