      Pros

      All staff including senior management is highly respectful and takes employees concerns seriously. A strong sense that everyone is on the same team and motivated to accomplish a shared goal.

      Cons

      The product development process was improving but the production rhythm was a bit slow, getting held back by tech debt.

      Issues responsibilities well, I learned lots by doing Peer support with problem solving always offered Very flexible culture, work fits around me not the other way around Very common for people to take the time to genuinely ask “how are you, really”
