The Project Manager Was Ok But Sometimes Confused Because Of The Client, The Previous Human Resources Manager Was Good, And The Development Team Was Good At That Time, Working Remotely With Flexible Working Hours.
Cons
Low Salary, Plus Delayed Salary Distribution Over 4-6 Months, Company Estimate One To One And Half Months, When Over Two Months, I Tolerance The Delay, But Intolerance Till Six Months, Client Always Request Changes And Lack Of Team Support, And Management Behind Company Was Bad And Unprofessional. Need More Management And Improvement.
