Pros

- Friendly people to work with (Although most of them has left by now) - Unlimited leave, with the condition that you'll need to finish your work on time (High workload sometimes make this ''benefit'' non existence)

Cons

- Management has formed their own clique with some of the yes men employees, causing them to deny any opinion that doesn't 100% align with them. - Toxic positivity is encouraged, you're expected to always exert positive energy. If something personal happend that affected your mood and you do not want to share, then you're not a ''teamplayer''. - Gaslighting is rampant, almost all of my colleagues including myself has been talked into doubting ourselves and with the company mainly made up of fresh grads, it's easy to make people feel worthless or think that the industry is not for them. - Lack of team leads, team is mostly made up of fresh grads/inexperience people. Learning is slower than other companies because you'll need to solve and learn every problem on your own. - Clear favoritism of certain fixed employees (the yes mens). For normal employees, usually it's a cycle. When management favors a certain group of people/team, they will ignore the rest. After a while, management will favor another group of people/team and ignore the previously favored people. - Inexperienced and indecisive leader, causing the decision of project to flip flopping endlessly without a clear goal and end up with a half baked or failed project. - Leadership claims they want transparency but it's all a hoax. For them it's a one way thing, they demand to know everything of you but never tell you anything happening on their end. Any problem raised to the team they don't agree will all be labeled as ''blaming'' - Very childish behaviour from the leader, if they don't like you, they will ignore you and ask other employee to avoid you as well.
