Pros
Salary(only in my case). If you can manage well, you can live happily for very certain period.
Cons
No proper format for any project. No one have idea on what one is really working on, just go with the flow. Infrastructure is worst, people does not have respect. more than 50% of employees are relatives or friends here, no whatever they do is okay, all mistaken are shown on others. No flexibilty, some managers ask reason if you are not seen at desk for 15 minutes even. No minimum snacks provided, people have to wait for coffee &tea also. Always talk about cost saving. No one it looks like corporate company. Employees are removed just like that, the reason they give are very silly which are not true at all. No proper washrooms, always smelling bad, no light, no tissue, most of the times the commode don't work also. No basic stationary available at office, from pencil, duster to tissues you have to ask the admin. Management chain is all one group, who does not listen to any concern in reverse they try to convince you. Please please do not join and spoil your career, only benefit you think is salary but you will be barred within no time.
