      -remote -good team and helpful coworkers -overtime

      Cons

      -cost of living increase not guaranteed annually -poor interdepartmental communication at times -tendency to hire new talent rather than give existing employees monetary incentive to stay

      Pros

      Mostly great people who really are dedicated and know their craft. There is an astonishing lack of the egotistic characters you find at many agencies.

      Cons

      Executive Leadership Team is MIA. The lack of communication from the top down to the lower ranks is abysmal. In spite of the weekly 15 minute brief update meeting, the lower rank and file often have no idea WTF is going on in the agency. In addition, the upper echelon seems completely detached from the tasks and responsibilities are for many individual roles and entire practice areas.
