Reasonable pay, good office location, fairly open internal communication.
Cons
Leadership expects salary employees to work long hours and display strong enthusiasm about the company. Maybe fine if you're on their good side, but not a comfortable working environment. Lack of experienced managers with strong focus on pressuring workers instead of supporting them.
