      Pros

      Good pay - service charge was always a good boost to base line hourly wage Great people to work with Soho is always a fun place to be Pride is amazing to work, such a vibe

      Cons

      Management was constantly changing, Owners were quite rude at times to employees, caused several people to quit due to it, weekly hours would change quite drastically. Ceiling fell in during service. Most people only stay about 12 months before leaving but that's hospitability

      Badly managed and impossible to keep the barback station clear of glasses while sweating and working on the tickets from customers tables. Terrible managers and awful owners.
