Pros
Bonuses are decent, and the people are nice. My coworkers were friendly and helpful, but the CEO of the US office was self-entitled.
Cons
CEO and Korean based leadership do not care about their employees. I would like to express that they will get rid of you without hesitation. I watched them treat employees like servants. Forcing engineers to furnish an apartment for the CEO, drive the CEO around town when he visited, at one point the US CEO and Korean owner forced a manager to watch their kids, drive their wives around downtown Chicago to shop, and then had the audacity to complain that the engineer didn't complete their work for the day. I would not recommend any position at this company. The fact that they haven't gone out of business is a mystery to me. They do not value employees or their time. You will be seen as disposable on day one.

There is not one good thing about this company
Cons
Long hours, management has preference, korean based company and are racist. Do not care about employees. Seen manager fire multiple employees for asking for raises, note these people were working there for a few years.
