Collaborative and supportive work culture. Opportunities to learn and grow, especially in Salesforce and digital transformation projects. Leadership is approachable and open to new ideas. Good work-life balance compared to many IT consulting firms. Exposure to clients in retail, financial services and healthcare industries adds variety.
Cons
Since it’s a growing company, some processes and structures are still maturing. Training and upskilling programs could be more structured. Benefits and perks are decent but have room for improvement.
