      Pros

      Good place to work. 4 days work in office and one day WFH. Quite flexible Sometimes things get chaotic, but manageable.

      There has been no team outing for a long time.

      Pros

      Got some solid lines for my portfolio (pain makes me creative,). Learned the true meaning of “expectation vs reality.” The office WiFi didn’t quit on me. Can’t say the same about leadership.

      Cons

      Leadership style is less “visionary” and more “high school group project with a bossy kid.” Zero clarity, zero consistency, zero processes. Surprisingly, a whole lot of ego.
