      Salary on time is the pro

      Cons

      Office politics, Bullying coworkers, Cliquism in office by those in power. Religious/race/gender discriminating comments by many people in higher authority with power. Abusive language being used by higher authorities. No professionalism. They will make you feel like slaves working for them. No work life balance. Favoritism.
