      Those Chinese leadership has no clue about USA

      Good coworkers Relaxed work environment

      Cons

      Those leading the company do not really know about the USA. They thought people in the USA are the same as those in China. Shrinking market share shows the leadership are unfit to lead. Company office furniture is cheap. Everything, including the decoration, comes from China.

      Most workers are great, capable and friendly Reasonably good benefit other than salary Flexibility in work arrangements

      Cons

      BIG con here (pertaining to the US operation): Leadership has no strategic vision, do not know about strategy even in its definition. Leadership cannot see industry innovation, dare not see innovation, and proactively trample innovation. Leadership can not build a normal working culture here. Each ethnic groups talk to themselves.
