Manager is rude they switch companies a lot

I struggled with home life and work life.

You will be judged by the companies you associate with so don't even accept any offers. Lying to employees is common and so is wage theft I believe. Expecting employees to work off the clock or be fired is common in my opinion.

Awful work-life balance (less than 24 hour notice of schedule) Management asked me to racially profile guests Managers and cleaning staff are very gossipy/nosy about long-term guests. The pay is so poor I had to work two jobs but they scheduled it so I couldn't work two jobs. The locations are breeding grounds for bedbugs. Parking lot is not safe at night, guests had their license plates stolen. No reprimanding of employees for being 30 minutes late or threatening to hit other staff member.

General manager is terrible . I was fired with 0 explanation. The place is infested with roaches. Mattresses are dirty. Barely had any supplies for the housekeepers and engineers to do their job. Bribery towards coworkers to write fake positive reviews. Talking down to her employees.

High employee turnover rate including managers

Cut throat, upper management has their favorites. If your not in the click they terminate you for no reason.

Woodspring Suites/Nationwide Hotel Management has 0% loyalty to the employees that keep the properties operational. No discount to employees at other Woodspring locations. (Even though they say there is) Managers take away your hours at will even though they called you in. Budgets are ridiculous for maintenance and housekeeping. Employees are held responsible for out of order rooms even though they have no control ordering materials. Employees are so mistreated they have no desire to excel.
