      Good staff uniform allowance .

      Cons

      Company has outgrown itself and not pulled itself into the modern day and age. No support structure in the company. Minimal head office support functions to support you. Zero health and safety. Zero customer service guidelines. Staff are all wannabe hipsters that all think they’re too cool for school and senior management are too busy being best mates and smoking weed with the team to do anything about it.
