      Small company, can be fun at times

      Cons

      All reveiews look similar dont they? New CEO made all the reviews. Unorganized, leadership does not know what they are doing. Lack of communication and organization, certain people dont have the real world experience to get things done. Need a little more diversity in leadership for better processses.

      Pros

      Workbright provides and amazing accepting work experience. Everyone knows everyone as we are a smaller company but I can go to anyone for anything! Everyone has the same goals in mind. Company is completely remote so getting to work anywhere within the US is really nice.

      Cons

      Since we are a small company, at times workloads can seem heavy, but the team is super supportive and you don’t ever feel alone.
