Company has been around longer than most SAAS companies and has gone through many strategy changes as leadership changes have occurred. There can be a sense of no clear direction or vision at times.

At times the corporate culture can be overwhelming

The culture was a little awkward

The only downside I would mention is that the base pay seems low for the work that we do and the titles that we hold. New hires get hired on at more competitive wages. People that have been here a long time seem to be kept on a lower payscale. There is a serious need for pay adjustments for longer established employees, the pay has not stayed competitive with the market.

Culture is now about being so WOKE that nothing else matters, The Management from Workfront is all Male and White in CS. The problem with this is the Workfront Team is still based in Utah, so its mostly White Males from a dominant religion so all decisions and favors are the culture of this team. As a female its hard to work with a future in mind. They sell us that we are about inclusion and diversity but the reality is they never promote those that aren't white male and those that are still running the show have no fresh ideas or innovation to help us get outside of the call center stagnation of Workfront CX. We gave so much for the turnaround all year without a raise and promotion and now paying the price while the Execs and VP cashed out on the merger stocks, the rest of us are carrying the bag without much but a basic job. Not looking forward to having to drive back to Lehi for work.
