Pros

You'll get a job here if you want it (but you don't want it, trust me)

Cons

No accountability, no support from leadership, no organization. You're on your own if you work here. Expect fingers pointing in every direction when something goes wrong, which happens all the time. No raises or bonuses (COVID is not an excuse since the company did not suffer any losses and actually saw more clients due to increased need for contingent staffing). You'll be asked to do way more than what you were hired for and pay will not reflect it.

Pros

Good compensation for the job

Cons

I believe this company needs a complete overhaul, starting from the top. They make very poor decisions for their clients and treat their employees extraordinarily bad. Poor communication, bad decision making, extremely lacking in good leadership. The turnover at the Director level and above is astounding and tells a certain kind of story.
