Dog-friendly showroom, which creates a more relaxed and enjoyable office environment
A number of supportive and friendly individuals across the business
Cons
Company culture can feel informal and, at times, lacking professionalism.
Limited clear processes and frameworks, meaning employees are often expected to learn independently without sufficient guidance.
Lack of a dedicated HR function, resulting in limited support structures for employee concerns or escalation.
Salaries are competitive compared to others. The actual products they sell are nice Most people lower down the chain are lovely
Cons
Senior management only care about themselves. They expect everyone to give their whole lives to a company that give nothing back. It is openly criticised that some employees have a ‘9-5’ attitude to their roles, and are reluctant to work outside of their contracted/payable hours for no overtime or compensation. Zero respect or encouragement of a work/life balance. If you’re are in managements friendship circle you’ll be fine. But if you’re a smaller cog in a damaged machine like Workstories, then don't expect anything back. They simply don’t care.
