      Chaotic on all levels—you can do better. Don’t bother working here.

      Pros

      Not much. Management proved to be untrustworthy

      Cons

      They act cheap and change direction moment to moment—the company lacks confidence in the direction they are headed and more money is going out the door than is coming in, Management team are wolves in sheep’s clothing. Great in the beginning but ultimately careless, clueless and cold. If they treat their employees this bad, imagine how they treat their travelers?

      Pros

      The people that you work with are some of the best people you’ll ever meet.

      Cons

      The metrics came from “research” that was done prior to hiring the sales team. HOWEVER, it seemed like no one actually sat down and tried it out to see if it was attainable. They say it does but who did you ask or see do it? Oh ok. You’re there and you want to help find out what works and what doesn’t and you end up being held accountable for TRYING things out to help figure things out. Everything is open door for discussion but it’s really not. So sad to put time and energy into a company that truly doesn’t care about you.

      Pros

      Feeling valued even as an entry-level employee. I've been here for less than a year and feel as though I have gained years worth of experience. Management trusts it's team (including interns) with big projects and always values everyone's opinions.

      Cons

      The office space isn't ideal since we are in a shared office building and we also share individual offices, but it makes for easy collaboration and there's never a dull moment.
