      Pros

      Great place to grow if you're into performance and growth marketing. The London office went from a small team to a proper operation pretty quickly and the momentum is still there! Clear on roles and scope and leadership genuinely advocates for what the team needs. Room to shape your impact

      Cons

      Culture of moving fast, lots of launches and communication between departments still being figured out. Process and coordination shaped as you go, so you need to be comfortable with ambiguity. If you like testing new things, and seeing the impact of your work quickly though, you'll thrive here

      - The team is highly collaborative, engaged and ambitious - Everyone is encouraged to push for positive change, which means we are not bogged down with old/irrelevant process as autonomy is given to make improvements - Flexible work hours & a nice Soho office - There is a real push towards experimenting with AI to make our work more efficient - A genuinely really nice group of people!

      I’ve only been with Wuffes for a short time, but I’ve already been impressed by how well organised the systems and setup are. The onboarding process is excellent, ensuring everything is thoroughly covered and addressed. The environment is fast-paced, so you’re immersed in the work immediately- which is essential for getting up to speed, while still feeling well supported. The team is encouraging, global, and highly motivated. Everyone brings strong experience to the table and is well compensated. With the company’s continued growth, there are plenty of opportunities for role development, which is especially valuable for those looking to take on more responsibility. There’s always work to do, making it easy to stay motivated and embrace new challenges.

      Cons

      The company is very tech-focused, which may not suit individuals who find working across multiple project platforms challenging. Additionally, managing different time zones may be difficult for some.
