- Too much unreasonable expectation from management - Salaries are always delayed (It is as if the company does not have any funding). It will get skipped. - Late night always, no sleep - All the things that are coming in is urgent, no consideration on the employee life or well being - Even if you are on leave, you will have to work. - The politics here is very bad. There are many manager kitties here and it is very hard for others to do their work and earn a living out.

The CTO lacks the technical capabilities required for the role and seems to have been appointed due to non-merit-based factors such as nationality. He has built a protective circle around himself, placing similarly underqualified Backend and Frontend Technical Managers in key positions. This leadership group acts more like a political alliance than a technical team, often retaliating against anyone who highlights architectural flaws or process inefficiencies. Speaking up about the technical debt or process gaps results in being alienated rather than heard. The overall environment discourages transparency, merit, and true collaboration.
