- Big gossip culture (especially in the sustainability teams)
- Salary not competitive. Starting salary is £24k at junior level. Some people will get +£4k after less than a year, some will have to wait much longer to reach that, but directors/managers won't explain anything. They will tell everyone that they are satisfied with their work but unfortunately "this is their policy", we can't negotiate a pay rise. What they don't know is that people talk with each other.
- There's high favouritism, it seems like your progression in this company will likely depend on whether you're a favourite. There's no transparency and I think that directors know that, but they won't do anything.
- We are being monitored during the covid/wfh time, with two calls per day, and emails explaining your goals for the day, what you have achieved at the end of the day (and the usual timesheet)
- No health insurance the first 2 years
- No bonus the first year
