      Low fixed salary from years, Long hours of daily meetings. Non Professional Attitude. Delayed Salaries. No Proper guideline, They don't even know what they want from employee.

      Lots of freedom, lots of room to grow and learn while working, good co-workers with plenty of banter. Never felt pressured. Good access to kitchen/toilets/nearby cafe's. Bosses are friendly.

      Cons

      Salary rises slowly, wish there were bigger opportunities for promotion.
