      Pros

      Company has good Physical facility and Environment.

      Cons

      Even-though its already 10-12 years passed since the company has established, there are only 2 Senior developer and 10-12 juniors(3-8 months). Hope it gives an overview how they treat their employees.

      No advantage. just for satisfaction

      Cons

      No salary, no benefits, no hikes, at least don't have tissue paper in toilets, no break, no canteen. and the main thing no system is available we have to bring system and we have to work without salary. no single cultural activity.

      1. no salary for 3 months. 2. stipend 5k around based on performance 3. after 6 months of joining salary will be 10k. 4. no job guarantee, you may be fired from the company if your work performance is not good.
