Pros
- the rto days are manageable and allow for a good balance of remote and in-person work - creative team is collaborative and supportive, which makes the day-to-day much better
Cons
- admin treatment of employees needs significant improvement. They often fail to show respect or consideration - # of projects assigned is often too high, leading to burnout and difficulty managing tasks effectively - the junior pms didn't have senior project managers to guide them which made it challenging to grow professionally and get the necessary support
