Company owners lie to and manipulate staff, they play people off each other. No sick pay. Racist. Dishonest.

Extremely toxic environment from C-levels and founders. Questionable processes, no job security at all, employees lose jobs without being given a reason. They keep hiring executives and upper management and getting rid of good, hard-working people. Processes are changed based off on the mood of the day. No structure, and daily micromanagement, be prepared to always keep your phone close, there’s no respect to sick days or off days, they WILL contact you if they need something (most of the time it’s something that can absolutely wait till the next day).. The mindset is: my way, or no way. Stay away! I would give 0 stars if I could.
