      Pros

      Great atmosphere and work culture with an invaluable mission. The team is rapidly growing! Lots of room for growth and offers a lot of opportunities to learn new skills and succeed. Their onboarding process is also by far the best experience for career-seekers! Lots of follow-up and thoroughness goes into the interview process.

      Company has invested heavily in their online product, infrastructure and people. Hard work rewarded. Outstanding solution (technology and rewards), client focus is a huge priority.

      Cons

      Some growing pains based on office and employee expansion. Recent employee feedback has asked for more internal communications and transparency.
