Flexible of steps in office. Tons of things ot learn.

Cons

Internal team is not really collabrorating. All go by different team and not as the whole team. The team somehow is breaking up.

Sallary is high, flexible time due to no login or punch card needed.

Cons

Training is at the worse level , if you are not a fast learner and there is almost like everything you need to learn and there is no class like explaining to you what is this and that , its just that they provide you to read stuff and understand..if you feel like not understanding, you need to ask people but majority people are busy all the time
