      Pros

      Interesting work, surrounded with brilliant engineers. The location is great: right in the centre of Bristol. Engineering is quite flexible and you can get to do lots of interesting tasks

      Cons

      As with any startup, the fast moving energy of the company is balanced against the fact that there is uncertainty about the ongoing funding of the company

      Now XMOS has it's own algorithms and can reduce the cost; Find the right direction to fight for : mic array dsp solution and AIoT chip& solution.

      Cons

      Product line changed in past 5 years, cut off Industrial communication and Automotive product; XA series chips isn't successful and wasted lots of time.
