      Great people but salary is on the low end

      Pros

      - Boss is great, I hardly ever get pings at night as long as I finish my work. - Great for self starters who can manage their time well. - HR lady is super friendly

      Cons

      - Hard to be involved if you don’t know Japanese like me - Salary is on the lower end of the consulting scale - Firm exposure is relatively smaller (compared to big 4 consulting and other consulting firms)

      Pros

      Strategic consulting is at nascent stage meaning employees can be heavily involved in what business we should do and in sale activities. You will get more diverse culture by collaborating with Japan, India, Thailand etc offices as well with a temporary transfer and training programs in other offices. Most people in Singapore office come from MMB and big 4 so there is a learning opportunity there. Worth joining the company!

      Cons

      Since approx 7 people in the strategic am consulting team at Singapore office, the work is not clearly cut by titles. Sometimes manager class needs to collect basic information to structure slides when junior staffs keep being busy.
