      most of the colleagues are nice, newly renovated office

      Cons

      poor benefits, poor execution, poor compliance, high turnover, staff who worked for long years are stubborn with poor management skill, do not want to bear any responsibility, do not accept new idea, keep using stupid and old school way to complete tasks
