The culture is always a blame game but never to your face. The staff turnaround is very high and people will be at work one day and gone the next. And no-one says anything

Management Care only for themselves and it shows in their actions Have been made aware of multiple former colleagues being terminated without cause only to be threatened with or actually have legal action levied against them despite no wrongdoing. Speak up about wrongdoings.... nothing happens. HR or management do not listen to employees. High employee turnover for a reason as good people don’t leave good situations. They usually leave bad companies led by bad managers. Never allows a real team to be built which takes away from productivity. No benefits of note. In the UK we received free lunches and was once told by an American colleague they received 10£\month in physical fitness credit to get memberships ( not sure what 10£ gets anyone in terms of fitness membership) That was all. We advertise as global leaders but we are far from it based on how employees are treated.
