Pros
I have worked with the company for almost 5 years. Learned a lot, it has a nice working environment among colleagues and generous with compensation. The department I'm in is a perfect place to hone all of the skills - analytical, critical and interpersonal skills.
Cons
A lot of work and deadlines to finish and the monthly salary isn't par with it. I stayed because I enjoy the company of my colleagues.
