Good working environment and interesting projects. Flexible working. Good environment to learn business environment for newbies.
Cons
People start to work as an intern. After two months, they become a team member. However, they didn't hire people legally. People were working for the start-up without a contract. They said they share the income with employees, but I couldn't see that they make money.
