-birthday voucher -occassional free dinner from boss -company trip -supportive colleagues and strong support from management -aws and performance bonus -pay is ok -boss and management cares about individual career growth
Cons
-working with main contractor can be very stressful as they have high expectation on sub contractor. If you have no experience, it will be a steep learning curve to adapt to this environment. -have to OT frequently -lack of structural training for junior project engineers -not an ideal place for fresh graduate to join this company -workflow in this company can be inefficient and cause additional stress to the staff.
