      - Plenty of freedom for consultants: you are trusted to spend & fill in your hours wisely & in your own responsibility - Flexible with home office - Possible to attend trainings (internal & external) - They put you on projects that match your skills - Possible to get certified by IBM & agile training courses - Friendly & dynamic colleagues - Beautiful location at Watergang

      - Secondary benefits: No bonuses (yet) for junior or medior employees

      Like a family, with decent employment conditions who are very flexible and lots of opportunity

      Cons

      Struggle with growing pains where they were losing contact with there employees. Heard different information from other employees when deciding bonus and salary rates.
