There are no pro’s to working for this company

Cons

If you want to work for a company that do not respect privacy, abuse their staff, harass their staff then go ahead. All the other negative reviews that say management act like they are in school and bullies are so very accurate. Do not work here if you want to have an employer that regularly shares your personal details amongst the team for gossip. Where you live, passport, bank details, email address every single thing an employer should not disclose to protect the privacy of their employee does not apply if they dislike the employee or want them out. Never allow these people to have your personal number, email anything connected to you. If they ask for you to use your phone, request they send you a new phone and pay for it. Never connect their work devices to your home network. Never log into your accounts on their devices or log into their email or teams on your personal phone.
