On the flip side, the company’s still growing, so sometimes it felt like there was a lack of structure. Things could get a little chaotic, especially with priorities shifting quickly. It’s a small team, which is cool because you get to wear a lot of hats, but that also means resources can be stretched thin, and you might find yourself juggling more than expected.
Another thing is that communication across different teams could definitely improve. There were times when I felt a bit out of the loop, especially when product changes were happening fast, which made it tricky to align the marketing message.
